【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthegeneraltechnicalrequirementsofaHomeandBuildingElectronicSystem(HBES).Itconcernscablingandtopology,electricalsafetyforHBESdeviceparts,inparticularbasedonSELVorPELV,functionalsafety,environmentalconditions,EMCrequirementsandbehaviourincaseoffailuresaswellasspecificHBESinstallationrules.ThisstandardcoverstheinterfaceofdevicesandequipmentprovidingconnectiontotheHBESaswellasseparatelymountedHBESequipment.PartsofdevicesandequipmentnotprovidingHBESfunctionalityarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandardisusedasaproductfamilystandard.Theelectricalsafetypartisnotintendedtobeusedasastand-alonestandard.Thesafetyrequirementsofthisstandardapplyeithertogetherwiththerelevantproductstandardforthedeviceortogetherwiththebasicsafetystandardsifnoproductstandardexists."
