【摘要】:ISO28199specifiesamethodfortheevaluationofcoatingmaterialsinresearch,developmentandproductionwithregardtotheirsuitabilityandsafetyforindustrialprocesses,anderroranalysis.Thepropertiesofcoatingmaterialsandcoatingstobeevaluateddependonthefilmthickness.Forthispurpose,acoatingsystemofincreasingthicknesswillbeappliedtoatestpanelunderdefinedconditions.Thefollowingcharacteristicsaremeasured(inISO28199-1):-filmthicknessinaccordancewithISO2808;-surfacetexture;-colourinaccordancewithISO7724(allparts).Incombinationwithvisualassessment,thefollowingpropertiesaredetermined:-colourstability,processhidingpower,re-dissolving,oversprayabsorption,wetting,surfacetextureandmottling(thispartofISO28199);-tendencytosagging,formationofbubbles,pinholing,hidingpower(ISO28199-3).ThispartofISO28199specifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofcolourstability,processhidingpower,re-dissolving,oversprayabsorption,wetting,surfacetextureandmottlingofcoatingmaterialsappliedtoatestpanelunderdefinedconditions.
